Community Class (NEW ON THE SCHEDULE)
Community classes are a way for people short on resources to enjoy the benefits of yoga classes. These classes are 1/2 price of a drop in class ($8). This reduced drop in payment is required to attend class, even if you have a class card. A portion of the proceeds are donated to a local organization. For the balance of this year, funds will be offered to the Frenchtown Food Bank. Classes are mixed level and are taught by a rotating group of senior teacher trainees.

Through this practice you will reclaim the power to heal yourself.
