Karuna received her 200-hour yoga teacher’s certification from Yoga Loka in 2010 and has led childrens classes in the Clinton school district. Scientific experimentation with asana has helped Karuna to personally experience how a daily yoga practice can strengthen the body and help to heal injuries. She lives in Hunterdon County with her husband and son.
