The Healing Sounds of Sanskrit
Sanskrit is the language of meditation and enlightenment and is the source language of all Yogic teachings. It’s very natural and easy to learn proper pronunciation of words and mantras through chanting of the Sanskrit alphabet as guided by Ma Bha. Just as with asana practice, Sanskrit brings happiness and steadiness to all who enter with an open heart.
