YOGA LOKA Yoga Immersion and Teacher Training focuses on the journey of getting to know ourselves, our bodies and our relationship to the world. It is from this place that yoga teachers are most effective.
Teaching is a way to extend one’s own practice in a truly graceful form, but it is not the only way. Whether or not you choose to teach, this course will draw you closer to your goals.

200 hour program
For students who have never taken a training or immersion
program before. The basics of yoga asana, sadhanna,
anatomy, kinesiology and teaching are covered.
300 hour program
Open to students who have completed a 200 hour
training. This program is 300 contact hours. The focus
is in Therapeutics. We will build on your
knowledge and experience from the basic 200 hr training.
Most 200 hour programs are acceptable as prerequisite
