These classes are recorded live and are UNEDITED
Recordings may include some dead air in the beginning and end of class, and some coughs, sneezes and other life moments, but are clear recordings with precise verbal cues for you to follow at home.
(Fully edited classes, complete with verbage that will expand on the poses and topic of the month,
on CD’s or via dropbox, will be ready for sale in the fall.)
