This two hour class is designed to go slowly and deeply into this vulnerable area of our bodies. The hips are considered the gateway to the rest of the body and are often a storehouse for emotion. With this in mind we will carefully open the hips and lay the groundwork for deep healing as we also set up our seat for potentially longer meditations.
