Tuesdays beginning January 25th.
In this 4 week seminar you will learn easy to approach yoga poses that will help you to maintain, or gain, flexiblity and strength in key areas. Taught by Yoga Therapist Bonnie Pariser, you will be guided to use props that can be easily found in your house (a list will be provided prior to the workshop). You will have access to all of the recordings so after the session is complete so you can continue to do the poses that will keep you vital and mobile. All poses will be modified for your comfort an enjoyment. Everyone is welcome, even if you have never done yoga before. You can join in regardless of age (It is never too early to start!), physical fitness and prior yoga experience.
