Introduction To Yoga
This series is designed to introduce the beginner to yoga practice. You’ll learn the basics: simple poses, breathing techniques, meditation and flow sequences. The class is offered at various times throughout the year. Pre-registration is required. Yoga for Back Care offers practices that you can do at home specific to your back pain. You get your own personal assignment, then we check to see how it is going in the following sessions.
