This course will run for 8 weeks
You can participate in person or via zoom!
Private sessions will be scheduled based on your availability.
Group classes will take place Fridays at noon and Tuesdays at 6:30pm.
Two 1-hour private sessions per month
The first session will be an assessment and recommendations. The rest of our sessions will focus on refining your personal therapeutic work along with AFR (fascial release) or spiritual mentoring as needed and desired.
1-2 group class per week
We will practice JFS modifications, TRE and have some time to talk about our progress, frustrations, and challenges in a supportive group environment. We will also learn about fascia and muscular restrictions, and how you can reverse them.
You will have an online chart to mark your progress in many different areas. When we do yoga we are affecting many areas of our lives- we may not recognize the shifts you make when you are working with your body, and how it can affect your mind, energy and mood. This charting will help you to recognize this interconnectedness and affirm that the changes you are making are taking you in the direction you want to go.
